BHA is excited to offer a USA Hockey instructional program designed around USA Hockey’s American Development Model (ADM). This beginner-friendly program introduces players to the essential skills needed to begin their hockey journey, all without the commitment of a full-season team. Over several weeks, players will learn fundamental skills, including skating, stick-handling, passing, and shooting.

This program is designed for new skaters between the ages of 3 and 9, providing an ideal environment for young players to get started on the ice.

Our goal is to inspire young players and welcome more families into the hockey community. The program includes six training sessions led by professional instructors and offers one of the best values in youth hockey—a cost-effective way to introduce kids to the sport.

The program focuses on new skaters ages 3 to 9. Players who have completed the initial Learn to Play program are welcome to enroll again if they’d like additional ice time and experience before joining one of our House teams.
